"I've spent more than a decade working in the bicycle industry, with experience ranging from working with professional race teams to suspension service and custom wheel builds to managing service departments and bike shops. 

Over the years, I've worked on bikes from neighborhood cruisers to high end race machines and just about everything in between. I also have certifications from Sram, Shimano, Bosch, Fox and more.

I started Louisville Bike Labs becasue I saw an opportunity to provide the same level of professional service you'd expect from a quality bike shop-but without the inconvenience that often comes with getting your bike there and back and waiting for it to be serviced.
